Hello out there…

16 02 2008

Heya everyone out there, to those of you who have had the (mis)fortune of stumbling upon this blog.

Ona By the way, that charming fellow behind Ona is named Cuddles.

I play a (currently) level 68 Tauren Hunter on Magtheridon named Onawar, and I love her to death. She’s my first character that I’ve gotten this high, and she’ll of course be my first 70. This blog is pretty much going to be my way of getting some of my experiences as a hunter out there and maybe see if I can get some feedback in response.

Forgive my lack of know-how with blogs, linking, images, and any of that stuff. I may enjoy my computer games, but I don’t enjoy playing with code.

Ona is currently in the guild Target Dummy, just newly recruited a few days ago so I haven’t had the chance to run with any of the members just yet. I haven’t quite started grinding out the honor for my welfare epixxxx, even though I know that I should have started doing this at, like, level 60. I put off anything having to do with PvP because I just don’t enjoy it that much and I don’t think I’m that good at it. The only reason I’m even bothering is so I can get in on some raiding. Luckily, Target Dummy is still a young guild, and they are currently working on getting everyone attuned for Kara, perfect timing for me!

I adore trapping. I get into an instance, and ask the tank why he doesn’t have any marks for my traps. It makes me sad when he tells me that he doesn’t think that it would be necessary, except for the big pulls. Surprisingly enough I didn’t even learn how to trap for instances until after setting foot into Outlands. Someone asked me if I could trap while in Ramparts, and they had to tell me how. That feels so long ago!

But nothing frustrates me more than when a Frost Trap gets resisted.
